Sunday, June 4, 2006 10:00 am South Beach Christian Fellowship South Beach, Oregon, the ministry given by Scott Schones. This was the first opportunity I have had to listen to Scott in a longer discussion. You say "discussion"??? You are in Church, you are suppose to hear a sermon, you, you, you what???? Miss Rosie says, sit down, dont put rules on it, listen, not with your ears, but with your heart, listen for the message. Sometimes it is there for you and when it is embrace it, drink it, brand it in your soul. Sometimes the message is for someone else, allow it, dont be insulted by it cause you already know that.....Where is the message coming from? If you are hearing it in your heart, it is the holy spirit doing his work, drawing you closer, refining you, polishing the rough edges. Oh, it feels so good. The feeling of the holy spirit supercedes any feeling you could have in this world. It is a feeling of salvation, of hope, of peace. "Miss sure is a Jesus Freak".......Yup........I'm sure not a "world-thing" freak....Now dont get me wrong......I love what this world has to offer but the world is not going to get me to the place I want to end up. Only Jesus can do that. Oh, you can fluff Miss Rosie off as a Christian fanatic BUT...guess what?????? you have just given me the best compliment I can receive in this world.

But... I you nod your head in agreement.....NOW......back to Scott and Charisma. I know the word Charisma but have never actually looked it up in Websters......As I listened to Scott and his was not him talking.....It was the holy spirit talking through him. An awesome event to witness and will be believed or not......The only way to know is to experience it and make up your own mind........and then for some...the knock on the door of your heart....will be ignored.... Miss Rosie knows that because she has experienced the knocking and balantly ignored the knock. It takes a really ignorant person to brush off the holy spirit...yup....Miss Rosie was really ignorant......but she sure is glad that the Holy Spirit never gives up, always gives you second changes, loves you and wants you to enjoy this world but to know the true bliss comes after this world. Webster defines Charisma: "an extraordinary power (as of healing) given a Christian by the Holy Spirit for the good of the church" I didnt know that definition until I looked it up today......Fits the talk, fits Scott....the Holy Spirit ran free through South Beach Christian Fellowship on Sunday June 4, 2006 and it was an AWESOME experience.
